GCAST Studio LLC ("GCAST", "we", "us") operates this website and is responsible for the personal data collected through it. Our address is 50 Viktor Dolidze Street, Tbilisi, Georgia.

Job applications: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the position you are applying for, your CV, and your LinkedIn profile if you choose to provide it.

Contact form: your name, company, email address, the type of inquiry and the content of your message.

We do not ask for, and you should not send, sensitive personal data that is not relevant to your inquiry or application.

Application data is used only to assess your suitability for a role at GCAST, to contact you about your application and to manage our recruitment process. We process it on the basis of your consent and the steps needed before entering into an employment contract.

Contact form data is used only to respond to your inquiry.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Access to candidate data is restricted to the GCAST staff involved in recruitment. Messages sent through the contact form are seen only by the team that handles the relevant type of inquiry.

We may share data with service providers that host this website and its data on our behalf, and where we are required to do so by law.

Application data is kept for the duration of the recruitment process and for up to 12 months afterwards, so that we can consider you for future roles. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your inquiry.

You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent, or object to how we process it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
